What a beautiful spiritual healing experience. We are so grateful to the support we received from the media especially News 12 Long Island, our families, our friends, the community and the new friends we made along the mission! Special gratitude to the elements, our angels and all the universal forces that supported us during our passion project to save lives.
We enjoyed the simplicity of the days and deep conversations about life. With each step we let go of what we reflected on that we did not have to carry with us in our life journey, We laughed throughout, shared smiles and conversations with so many beautiful people along the way. We made time to stop, thank God, the angels, and the elements surrounding us. We paused to greet all the dogs that came rushing to us wagging their tales. We took the time to try to save little seahorses that washed up on shore.
During the difficult times when the wind was blowing sand into our faces and resisting us from moving forward, we lifted each other up, we comforted each other and we laughed. When we needed help, help was always present. The mission was one intentional step at a time. Every step like every grain of sand is significant. Every consistent action we take towards a healthy lifestyle builds a strong foundation to live a resilient and joyful life - the life you deserve - it’s your birth right. Wishing you amazing health, joyful experiences and love!

Leilani’s Message:
Spending time in nature is comforting and healing. If you think about trees, grass, and plants for example, they receive life force energy to grow and become resilient. The life force is the sun, the earth, the water, the wind, the air, the ethers and energy that surrounds them. Just by existing outdoors they receive nourishment and become resilient if in their natural habitat, You too, can receive life force energy from the elements, All in moderation of course. This life force helps your body heal and become resilient. We learn a lot by observing nature.
Another beautiful healing lesson I have learned is to spend time in stillness. In stillness, you become aware of any discomforts in your body and also experiences that need to be “metabolized” - what “medicine/nutrients” is there for you from that experience that comes up during your stillness and reflection to help you heal and evolve and what “waste” is there to let go of from your mind and body that does not serve you a purpose by holding on to it and carrying it with you. By “metabolizing” experiences you can free your mind and body of stress. Reducing stress can help build your immune system and strengthen your mind and body to perform at its limitless potential. By recognizing any discomforts or pain while in stillness, you can address these with your healthcare practitioners early on and make sure your body’s needs are addressed and cared for so your beautiful vessel can stay resilient and healthy to carry you on through life’s most joyous adventures and experiences!
