Preparation Retreat Form
Remembrance:
A Healer’s Recalibration in Mount Shasta
Founding Circle Retreat | October 1-4, 2026
October 1-4, 2026 | Montague, California
It’s time to prepare.
We are getting closer to our Mount Shasta Retreat, and I am so grateful you will be part of this beautiful gathering.
There is something incredibly special about knowing that soon we will be together—surrounded by the beauty of the land, sharing, receiving, resting, exploring, and creating space for whatever wants to unfold.
As I prepare each detail of our time together, I want you to feel welcomed, cared for, and considered from the moment you arrive. Please take a few moments to complete the form below and share any allergies, dietary preferences, accessibility or accommodation needs, and anything else you would like me to know.
Thank you for trusting me with this experience and for saying yes to yourself, to this circle, and to our time together in Mount Shasta.
I cannot wait to welcome you.
With so much love and anticipation,
Leilani

A few practical details to help you plan with ease
The Sweat Lodge Experience
Carla, our Mount Shasta guide and one of the women of the Lakota Nation, has offered to take our circle to one of their Sweat Lodges for a spiritual and physical purification experience. Please find a detail description of the sweat lodge experience HERE. We will be participating in this powerful deeply spiritual experience on Friday morning. This experience requires women to wear a long skirt and shoulders covered. After the sweat lodge, guests are invited to plunge into a nearby lake. Please dress appropriately for this experience. Following this special gathering, we will continue on our way to Mount Shasta’s sacred sites and collect water. It will be a long day but a deeply healing experience. It is the only activity planned for the day.
