Many people recognize August 8, known as the Lion's Gate, as a symbolic time associated with courage, clarity, expansion, and alignment. Whether or not you follow astrology, it can serve as a meaningful reminder to become intentional with where we place our attention and energy.

I don't believe meaningful dates change us.

I believe they invite us to pause with greater intention.

Throughout history, people have honored seasons, celestial rhythms, and significant moments in time as opportunities to reflect, realign, and begin again. This evening is my way of honoring that invitation.

Together, we'll create a gentle space where the nervous system can settle, the mind can grow quieter, and the light within us becomes easier to recognize.

Where Remembrance Found Me

During my pilgrimage through Egypt, I experienced a moment that quietly changed the course of my life.

I placed my hands upon an ancient carving depicting Isis giving birth to Horus and became completely still. Within moments, my body began to vibrate, tears flowed freely, and I was immersed in a profound feeling of love, connection, and remembrance.

I wasn't thinking. I wasn't searching. I was simply present.

The love I felt in that moment is difficult to describe. It was expansive, familiar, and deeply peaceful. I left knowing that remembrance isn't something we achieve. It gently unfolds when we create the space to receive it.

That experience continues to inspire every Remembrance Experience I now hold—a space where others are invited to slow down, reconnect, and discover the quiet wisdom that has always lived within them.
