A 60-minute guided experience where you don’t do anything — you simply rest, and your body remembers how to feel safe again.

You don’t need another technique.

You don’t need to try harder.
You don’t need to fix yourself.

You need rest that actually works.

Remembrance™ is a live, guided nervous-system experience designed to help you soften out of effort and return to your body’s natural state of safety, comfort, and ease.

This is not a workshop.
This is not a class.
This is not traditional meditation or breathwork.

There is nothing to learn, nothing to perform, and nothing to get right.

You lie down or sit comfortably.
You are gently guided.
And your nervous system does what it already knows how to do when it finally feels safe.

What Happens in Remembrance™

During this experience, you’ll be invited into one continuous, deeply restorative state where effort drops away and the body can recalibrate naturally.

There is:

  • No breath control

  • No visualization you need to “see”

  • No emotional processing

  • No manifesting or forcing change

Instead, the experience works through allowance.

When effort ends, the body remembers.

Why This Feels Different

Most wellness practices ask you to do something:

  • Focus

  • Breathe a certain way

  • Release

  • Heal

While these practices also help in healing and wellbeing, Remembrance™ invites you to do the opposite of “doing” - it invites you to rest and receive.

Who This Experience Is For

Remembrance™ is for you if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or exhausted

  • Have tried meditation but find it hard or frustrating

  • Wanting to find “relief” in the body

  • Long for a sense of safety, ease, and inner quiet

  • Want to feel held, supported, and at home in your body

No prior experience is required.

Nothing dramatic needs to happen for something meaningful to occur.

How to Prepare

All you need is:

  • A quiet space

  • A chair or place to lie down

  • Optional blanket or pillow

You may keep your camera on or off — whatever feels most supportive. For in-person experiences, you may bring a pillow and blanket. It is optional, as we will have some available. Chairs and yoga mats will be available on-site.

Remembrance™ is a wellness-based experience. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional care.

Your role is simple: honor your body and receive what feels right for you.

The Remembrance Series

Why We Created a Series?

Remembrance™ is designed as a series because the nervous system doesn’t change through insight — it changes through repeated experiences of safety. However, you may chose to only attend one session or register for sessions sporadically. There’s no right or wrong. We deeply care about your well-being and are excited to create experiences that are transformative and sustainable with lasting benefits.

Each session gently reinforces the same message to the body:

It is safe to be here.
It is safe to soften.
It is safe to receive.

Over time, these experiences become familiar.
And what becomes familiar becomes your new way of life.

This is how the nervous system learns — not through effort, but through consistency, safety, and allowance.

Each session in the Remembrance™ Series builds on the last, creating a gradual return to wholeness, ease, and inner stability. However, you do not need to attend the entire series. Only do what you feel is right and are able to fit into your lifestyle.

Each theme is held for a full cycle (one month), allowing the body to truly integrate — not rush.

You may join at any point. The body always knows where to begin.

As you move through the Remembrance™ Series, you may notice:
